The property and rooms were immaculate! No detail was missed and every detail was spectacular.
The host Sandra was so welcoming and provided A breakfast that could compete with the finest of cuisines.
The home is stunningly decorated with a comfortable decor to suit everyone’s liking!
The pool and outdoor area are private and gorgeous. Wish we could have spent more time outside to enjoy it .

Our only complaint was that we wished we booked for a longer stay and got to really enjoy everything this property has to offer.

Everything was wonderful.
Sandra and Gary are so lovely and the house is stunning and the pool area is beautiful.
By far, my favourite place in NOTL. Can't wait to come back :)
ps - INCREDIBLE breakfasts.

I wish I could have stayed longer. I didn't like that I had to go back to reality.

Their home is set on the edge of Historical Rye Park.
The background oasis includes a beautiful in ground pool with waterfall feature and water fountains in to the pool and surrounded by beautiful lush plants , flowers and trees.
There is a huge hot tub to be enjoyed by guests also. Everything is luxurious and clean. There is plenty of lounge seats and an outdoor fireplace with lovely furniture . In the background you are hearing lovely spa like music, we were completely relaxed and happy With our Experience at Sandra and Gary ‘s home .

Truly a special time during our two days there.

Sandra and Gary are the perfect hosts! From the minute we got there it was truly awesome.

The house is just beautiful, clean and food was exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms are true luxury.

The location was perfect too. I plan on visiting again!

Great location, great pool, great rooms.
Amazing breakfast, great cook. Feel at home.

It was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better host.

We loved everything about it.
The rooms were well appointed, the shower was awesome, the towels were thick and plush as were the bathrobes. The outdoor pool and hot tub were set in a beautifully landscaped private backyard.
The innkeepers were a delight and the gourmet breakfast served each morning were the best I’ve ever had at a B&B.

Gary and Sandra were excellent hosts.

First, the photos don’t do justice - the place is really blissful - from the little treats to the calming pool.

The breakfast was superb ( more like 5 course meal) .

The hosts truly make you feel part of their home.

Thank you, Gary and Sandra.

We wanted a getaway for our anniversary/first trip without the kids. This was the perfect place!

Sandra and Gary’s house is absolutely amazing, and they are the consummate hosts. From a huge breakfast (we never needed lunch), to the treats left out at night, to the relaxing poolside was exactly what we needed.

Absolute Luxury - every detail provided. Nothing any guest would want for that wasn’t available.
Food and hospitality Triella “First Class”.  Nothing I didn’t like. No disappointments.

My wife and I recently stayed at Rye Park Manor and potential guests need to see it to believe it.

Our hosts Sandra & Gary made us feel at home in a setting of luxurious comfort. The gardens and pool are nothing less than complete tranquility. The home baking as part of the multi-course gourmet breakfast was delicious.

Not only will we stay again, we highly recommend.

We stayed with our family in May and had a lovely time. Sandra's home is stunning. The decor is beautiful and the rooms have a luxurious feel. The yard and pool area are gorgeous.

Sandra was great and made special accommodations for my vegetarian diet, serving a variety each morning.

Would definitely recommend Rye Park Manor!

NOTL Christmas House Tour. A girlfriend getaway. A dusting of snow and a crisp chill in the air but all was well in Rye Park Manor. This was the best part of all - a warm and inviting place to sit back and review the days excursion, surrounded by elegant decorator touches and holiday accents that smacked of the Yuletide season. A night of restful sleep. A splendid breakfast feast that capped off our wonderful weekend. The spirit of the holiday season heralded in at Rye Park Manor. Greatest gift to ourselves we ever gave - and the most wonderful gift we've ever received - thanks to Sandra and the magic she weaves to make any day seem like the perfect holiday!

Grateful Girlfriends Getaway

My wife and I have visited Niagara-on-the-Lake on many occasions over the past 40 years. This year we were looking for something different and we found it – a real gem, newly opened - Rye Park Manor! The accommodations are spectacular. Every little detail has been thought of a complete luxury experience.

We were planning to take advantage of the fitness room, play a game of pool and relax in front of the 100 inch movie screen in the theatre room but the day was so gorgeous, we spent the better part of our time in and around the magnificent salt water pool and later in the day, the guest spa. Breakfast is like being at the Ritz and the glass of wine or three a surprise bonus.

Most importantly, our host, Sandra & Gary….friendly extraordinaire and accommodating would be an absolute understatement.

A special experience - when we are next in Niagara-on-the-Lake this will be our home away from home (but with more amenities).

Amazing B&B. Sandra and Gary are genuinely kind and generous hosts.

The accommodations are above 5 star in our opinion. It's beautiful, elegant and is fully "smart" with every modern amenity one could need or want. The breakfast is deliciously prepared from scratch each day. The pool is honestly the best I've ever had the pleasure to use.

Very glad we came here instead the usual tourist trap hotels on the main drag.

Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be back!

We are late in posting a review, but love reminiscing about our past stay so much we might as well post it!

My husband and I are from Toronto and wanted a quiet getaway during the Canada day weekend. We couldn't have found a better, more beautiful place.

The hosts are very helpful and friendly, and amazing cooks. Breakfasts were delicious, and accommodating to my husbands nut allergy (which isn't easy). The decor is luxurious but still comfortable and modern. The pool area is great, with a beautiful patio area to relax in.

We were very close to everything, but still off of the main drag to keep it quiet and peaceful. Very charming area.

Would definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. We are planning our next trip back!

Thanks Sandra and Gary!

A Perfect 3 night stay! This B&B is Luxurious and Pristine.

The location is also terrific with many bike trails, wineries and a adorable downtown.

Beautifully decorated, Gourmet Breakfast, Sandra's delicious pastries available at all times, Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine in your room.

The pool area is gorgeous and so comfortable. Sandra and Gary are kind and generous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. There are also bikes with helmets available.

It is hard to express just how wonderful this B&B is. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Thank you Sandra and Gary   :)

Everything was better than expected and then some. from the homemade shortbread to the eye towels to remove make-up, Sandra left nothing to want.

This is a woman with class, elegance, charm and oodles of hospitality...the wineries have nothing on her.  She has ruined it for me for any other B&B for I will be expecting only top notch accommodations/services/ leave with not wanting or need anything except more vacation time to stay longer.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is a little piece of secluded haven for your mind and gourmet eats for your body, this is the only place you need stay at. Because of Sandra and her slice of Heaven, my friends and I have decided to make this an annual trip...thanks again Sandra. ;)

There are B&B’s and then there is Rye Park Manor.

Rye Park Manor provides all the amenities of a luxury hotel with the confort and feel of home. Nothing was left to chance, every detail from the elegant decor to the beautiful grounds has been meticulously planned.

Sandra makes sure that you want for nothing. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of vineyard hopping. The pictures do not do the backyard justice; the pool is absolutely beautiful. And there is more...

Sandra’s cooking is something to brag about, be it the buttery crust of her quiche or her bananas foster bread pudding, you definitely do not want to miss breakfast. My girlfriends and I have decided to make it an annual getaway!

Stay at Rye Park and discover the beautiful vineyards that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer! Thank you Sandra for making this birthday weekend getaway so memorable and see you next year!

The property is immaculate.

This is my first B&B and I loved the whole experience.

Grounds are beautiful. Food : breakfast so tasteful . Always had a variety (top quality).

The entire house is tastefully decorated. Everything was well thought out. Nothing to complain about only to praise about this beautiful gem. Pictures are true to ad.

My friends and I have decided to make this an annual return.

Thanks Sandra for all your hard work , it was appreciated.

Even if you think you've been to the best..... this B&B will set a whole new standard.

We've traveled pretty widely, and stayed in what we've thought simply spectacular B&Bs around the world, but never expected

THIS level of refinement, comfort, warmth, design excellence, and good food, all wrapped into a single 3-night stay. Sandra and Gary are waaaaaay beyond gracious, and have created a setting that is as astonishing as it is comfortable, intriguing as it is cozy, stunningly decorated as it is spotlessly clean.

I can't think of anything more convincing than to say.... even if it weren't just a few miles to Niagara Falls, and even if it weren't just at the edge of what might be the single prettiest small town we're ever been to, DO NOT MISS the chance to stay here, just for the sheer joy of waking up in these gorgeous surroundings, then going down for Gary's cappuccino and Sandra's knock out breakfast. It simply gets NO better than this.
